Remote Not Working
Remote Is Non Responsive
- Check that your remote is on the correct device selection. Depending on your remote, press CBL or STB and then try using the remote as normal. If the remote is changed to a different setting, then the cable box will not respond to it.
- Reboot the cable box. You can reboot the cable box by simply unplugging the power cable from the box or from the outlet. Wait a few minutes and then plug it back in. The system should reset and the cable should come back on to channel 1. Check to see if your remote is working normally again.
Reprogramming Your Remote Control
If the previous steps did not get your remote working again, you may have to reprogram the remote. Before we reprogram the remote, we will need to know the exact remote and cable box that you have. You can find a list and pictures of our remotes under the Television > Remotes section of the Support page. You can also find the cable boxes under Television > STBs. Once you have determined your remote and cable box, follow the steps below that match the equipment that you have.
UEI Atlas (Black) Remote Control
- Press the CBL button on the remote
- Press and hold the Setup button until the CBL light blinks twice
- Type in the following code that matches your cable box:

UEI Titan (Silver) Remote Control
- Press the STB "Cable" button on the remote
- Press and hold the Setup button with the appropriate corresponding button below (Yellow A or Blue B) until the STB light blinks twice
